Taylor Brooks

Taylor Brooks founded TKB Properties in 2014 and is responsible for purchasing and managing all properties within TKB's portfolio. Prior to TKB, Taylor was an Account Supervisor with The Marketing Arm on its Frito Lay and State Farm accounts along with a Regional Marketing Director with ClubCorp/Invited.

Taylor received his Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Hotel & Institutional Management from Texas Tech University. He is on the Board of Directors for Elizabeth Toon Charities and supports the Limbs for Life Foundation and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Taylor currently resides in Richardson with his wife, Laura, and daughters Isabella, Livi, Bridget and Chloe.

Laura Brooks

Laura Brooks leads the design vision for TKB Properties and oversees all finishes, interiors, and material selections across the company’s projects. With a natural eye for detail and a passion for creating warm, functional spaces, Laura ensures that every home TKB renovates reflects the same high standards she and Taylor have brought to their own family homes through multiple remodels. Her focus is on thoughtful design that elevates everyday living and helps future homeowners feel immediately at home.

Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Dallas Baptist University after beginning her studies at Texas Tech University. She serves on the Board of Elizabeth Toon Charities and is actively involved in the local community.

Laura currently resides in Richardson with her husband, Taylor, and their daughters Isabella, Livi, Bridget, and Chloe.
